When confronted with Jesus, Pilate tried to remain neutral. He even offered to pardon Jesus—but the crowd called for the release of the murderous Barabbas instead. In the end Pilate caved to the demands of the crowd. Pilate’s question, “What shall I do with Jesus?” is the same question we all face. #gospelofmark
