A Biblical Approach to Church Leadership

Today we looked at a biblical approach to church leadership. Our scripture was 1 Peter 5:1-5.

Reasons for our approach to this leadership model (plurality of pastors): 1. We believe that a plurality of leadership is biblical. 2. Because we have the gift of brotherhood. 3. Because it empowers us to operate in our gifts. 4. It increases wisdom and decreases burdens. 5. It allows us to continue to be fiscally responsible.
